Currently, I can only deliver to the UK, Europe and Australia, due to insurance reasons I am unable to ship to the USA. To eliminate waste, all items are made to order and then posted. This means orders can take up to 7 working days to be processed before they are posted.
Shipping costs are set at a flat rate. To save packaging, when ordering multiple items they will be delivered in the same plastic-free and biodegradable bag!
As a small and sustainable business, I do not have the capacity to process returns. However, I am willing to offer exchanges for clothing if the garments do not fit correctly. These items can only exchange for bigger or small items, not different colours or designs etc. In this case, the buyer will have to provide proof of postage and cover the cost of the return.
All items are quality checked before they leave the printers. In the unlikely event, the item is faulty please contact me within seven working days of receiving the item. You will need to provide photographic evidence of the fault but will not have to pay for the return. To request a return, please send me an email as soon as possible.
If you fall in love with a design, but want it tweaked ever so slightly, please do not hesitate to get in touch! In most cases it is easy to alter designs, or print them on an alternative product. So if I can help, I will!
